Bamboos have a phytosanitary certificate. 

The phytosanitary certifies that the plant products have been inspected or tested in accordance with the appropriate procedures and are considered free from harmful organisms specified by the importing country and substantially free from other harmful insects. In other words, the applicable phytosanitary requirements of the importing country are confirmed.
