Quality: The creation of the wooden house is carried out according to the ISO-9001 standard, so as to offer top quality.
Certified timber: Only selected Scandinavian wood is used for all wooden houses. Scandinavian wood, with its versatile properties, is ideal for use in construction. It grows slowly in the colder regions of Northern Europe and is characterised by reliability in construction, longevity, structural strength and aesthetic appearance. Wood is a sustainable and renewable raw material. For ecological and responsible timber production, our raw material management supplies FSC® certified wood.
Assembly kit: The wooden house is delivered as a complete assembly kit in one or more packages - depending on the size. Inside the kit all materials are safely packed. We recommend that you unwrap the package from its packaging when you want to start building, as the packaging is designed to protect the timber from the weather. If you do not start assembly immediately after delivery of your home, store it in a dry and UV protected location.
Included in the package: Floor, doors, windows, metal parts, detailed assembly instructions.
Not included : Asphalt roof tile.
For laying bituminous tile on the roof you will need: 8 packs of 3m² of asphalt, 2kg nails of asphalt & 5 bituminous adhesives
The house is delivered in its packaging in natural wood, without being painted in colour.
