Half or slit lengthwise, two-year-old 100% natural cane 100% natural.
Reeds are divided into annual and biennial crops. The biennial cane, having been in the root for 2 years, has hardened externally, creating a kind of vitrification by nature.
It shows no shrinkage after placement, which would create larger gaps between the reeds.
The cane is harvested from December until around March and is then processed.
The lifespan of the two-year reed is twice that of the one-year reed.
